With over 20 years of hands-on PC repair and troubleshooting experience, we’ve been immersed in technology since we were old enough to clip on an ESD strap. From age 14 to 18, my colleagues and I maintained and managed the entire PC and network infrastructure at our vocational trade school, gaining real-world experience well before most people finished high school. Our journey began in the days of DOS and Windows 95, and we’ve worked through every significant tech evolution up to today’s streamlined operating systems. We’ve also supported Mac systems since before the iPhone existed, developing a deep understanding of both platforms when they required far more effort to master than now.
